Eggs sorting is a real challenge in vision systems. The requirements are very high and the solution can give huge benefits to the production. We proud to announce that we have created a full system working with visible and IR spectrum able to detect defects such as: – dirty – cracks – leakage – inner blood spots And we are able to sort them by: – size – color (up to 10 shades of brown!) – up to 50.000 eggs/hour.
